Bankruptcy Class Frequently Asked Questions
 
 

AAAA American Christian Asset Management LLC is required to disclose the following information to all debtor students prior to paying for this course:

  • The debtor student is asked to contribute a course fee of $25. Each individual will receive a separate certificate of completion. Married couples are charged individually and each receives their own certificate.
  • Upon registration, the debtor student must provide their bankruptcy case number including the Federal Judicial District in which the case was filed.
  • AAAA American Christian Asset Management instructors meet the required standards established by the Executive Office for the United States Trustees, U.S. Department of Justice*.
  • The course is provided to debtor students without regard to the student's ability to pay the stated fee. For fee waiver requests please email contact@christianasset.org
  • AAAA American Christian Asset Management does not pay or receive fees or other consideration for the referral of debtor students to AAAA American Christian Asset Management. AAAA American Christian Asset Management does not pay or receive fees for referring students or clients to other entities
  • This course is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Upon completion of this course, AAAA American Christian Asset Management LLC, Inc. will provide a certificate of course completion to the debtor student. Certificates will be emailed to you within 24 hours of completion. You may print or save the certificate for later use.
  • AAAA American Christian Asset Management will not withhold a certificate of completion because of failure to pass questions in coursework. All review questions are for solidifying highlights of certain financial principles.
  • Issuance of certificate at no additional cost upon completion of two hour course.
  • Nothing herein shall apply to actions or claims under the provisions of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. Sec 101 et. Seq.
  • A teacher will respond to any questions, concerns or comments within 24 hours.
  • Coursework written by AAAA American Christian Asset Management was created specifically for debtor education classes. The individuals who have written the coursework and teach this course have advanced degrees including: J.D., PhD, MBA, and Bachelor of arts with teaching emphasis.   • Mr. Shields is the teacher who will interact with students on a day to day basis. He has been in the financial services industry for several years and spent all his time with a major firm on Wall Street. He managed over 150 million dollars of private client assets and helped manage billions of dollars in institutional money. His experience and expertise in financial planning, budgeting, insurance, estate planning, and credit and debt management make him an invaluable asset in teaching students how to take control of their financial lives. Mr. Shields is also a devout Christian and is committed to helping his students increase their financial literacy. AAAA American Christian Asset Management’s goal is to have no repeat clients. “We want our students to come to us for help once and to go on their way and practice what they learn from our class.
